Chapter 37 Help Me
Adri was fretting about it too.
"We could get a werewolf to go to Puro City disguised as a rouge," I said to Adri.
"Disguised as a rouge?" said Adri with some confusion.
"Do you remember the rouge that attacked Puro City at the time? They're bound to be resupplied and joined by a new rouge. All we have to do is to blend in with those rouge teams and enter Puro City," I said to Adri. "That's a good idea, but I'll have to do this, Knox must be trying to find you, and I can only be comfortable with you staying with Carlton." Adri said, and I couldn't object.
I could only agree to it.
Especially since my leg hadn't recovered, going to Puro City with him would only add to his problems.
I told Adri the plan, and he and Senge discussed what to do.
Carlton's men arrived to inform us that Kamo was awake, but Nicole was still in a coma.
Adri and I went to visit Kamo, and just as we walked into the ward, we saw Kamo's disheveled appearance. "Kamo, are you okay?" I asked as I walked over and looked at him.
He slowly turned his head to look at Adri and me.
"Kasha, you're alive? You weren't taken by Knox?" Kamo asked, surprised and surprised, looking at me.
"We were supposed to be caught, but we got lucky and escaped." I replied with a smile.
"Kasha, you shouldn't have traded yourself." Kamo's expression turned sad.
"You are my father's brother, and we are family. I know that it broke your hearts when my father left the pack. I would do that to try to make up for the regret he left behind." I said to Kamo.
"Kanas deserves to be proud of you, and I can probably understand why he left the pack. If I had a daughter like you, I'd be willing to leave the pack too." Kamo smiled at that.
"We are ready to take back Puro City, so I hope ......"
"I understand, I will inform them to get ready, when do you plan to counter attack?" Kamo asked, interrupting me.
"Next Monday, we have to do it before the full moon, otherwise the civilians of Puro City will be killed by them." Adri said to Kamo as she stood beside me.
"Good, does Mede know your plan yet?" Kamo asked.
"Carlton will tell him, as for the military side, we don't really want to get involved with them, but we will send someone to let them know. At least so they don't treat us like rouge on the battlefield and sweep us round first with their machine guns."
I replied, and Kamo nodded.
It was already Thursday, but the rouge hadn't shown up anywhere near Puro City.
Adri and Senge had pretended to be rouge and had been waiting outside Puro City for rouge to show up.
The army, after receiving the secret message from us, chose to retreat some distance.
It wasn't until Monday evening that Carlton's men spotted rouge's group, heading toward Puro City.
They were still carrying a lot of supplies, and Adri and Senge snuck around the woods and ran behind the group.
Confirming that they managed to blend in with the group, Carlton stayed there to keep an eye on everything in Puro City while I was going to meet up with the reinforcements Mede had sent.
Puro City had to be taken back or things would get even more problematic when the rouge used it as a base to expand into the surrounding area and attack other cities.
When I drove just to the suburbs, I unexpectedly met Rachel.
She stopped my car with her arm covered.
"Help me!" She cried, tapping on the car window.
I gestured for her to get in the car, and Rachel wasn't surprised that it was me she met.
She got into the back seat and urged me to drive faster.

"Miss Rachel, what's wrong with you?" I asked as I glanced at her in the rearview mirror.
"I was going to go get help for Adri, but I accidentally fell on my hand and no one was found, so where are you going?" Rachel asked as she rubbed her arm. "Landor Town," I replied as I drove.
"In that case, if you take me to Landor Town I can ask them to pick me up." Rachel said to me.
Puro City to Landor Town wasn't far, and after a half-hour drive, we were already in the town.
Mede's reinforcements would pass through here, but I was also worried that they would run into rouge on the way.
"Can you get some medicine for me? My arm is killing me." Rachel said to me.
I glanced at her and she seemed to be in pain.
There was a pharmacy not far ahead, so I told Rachel to wait in the car while I went to get her medicine.
Because of the injury on my leg, I walked much slower.
At the pharmacy, I took the medicine Rachel needed, but the owner moved as slow as a turtle.
For the sake of his age, I didn't rush.
But it was half an hour before I got the medicine, and he took a phone call halfway through.
Rachel got out of the car and took the medicine into a small restaurant where she had to wait for someone.
I continued driving down the Landor Town road in search of Mede's reinforcements.
I didn't drive very far when a couple of small cars came up behind me.
"Hey, beautiful, want to have a drink with us?" A young man with yellow hair shouted at me through the window with an evil grin, and the man in the back seat of the car whistled at me.

I ignored them and accelerated forward to drive, and they followed.
So, on the highway, I kept pressing the gas pedal and driving forward.
Until I left them behind, but all the way, I didn't see any sign of reinforcements either.
After a while, I saw a large group of people fighting near a hill, some of them dressed as Mills City fighters.
The other group, was rouge.
I slammed on the brakes, but the car didn't stop at all, and there was a sharp turn not far ahead.
No matter how much I stepped on it, the car never slowed down, and even though I had let off the gas, that was simply not enough distance to bring it to a stop.
"Damn it!" I couldn't help but curse, both sides of the road are slopes, and there is a large area of rocks underneath, hitting me will be the end.
But I no longer have a choice.
I turned the steering wheel and the car drifted down the slope next to the highway.
Before hitting the bottom, I opened the door, transformed before jumping out of the car, grabbed the window with my paws, jumped hard onto the roof, used the sedan as a springboard, and jumped upwards. The sedan hit the rocks at the bottom of the ramp and was hit so hard that smoke started to come out and the front end was deformed.
I looked at my body, I could not regain my original appearance for the time being, otherwise I would have been naked.
My legs still hurt, I struggled to climb up the ramp and back onto the road.
The rouge on the other side was still struggling with reinforcements, and I sped up and sprinted past them, letting myself forget about my injuries for a while.
Running close enough to them, I let out a hissing sound.
