Alpha's Fated Slave Mate

Chapter 25 Lying is Wrong

"I wish I could make up for what my father once owed you." Hearing Nicole's words, I was silent for a long time before I spoke.

"That's enough, we've long since stopped needing to make amends. Now all you have to do is get the hell out of Snow Mountain and never show up again!" Nicole pointed at me and cursed.

"Chief Kamo! The storm wolves have crossed the northern defensive line, they are so numerous that they destroyed our defenses in an instant, and are currently on their way here, and will probably arrive in five minutes." A werewolf ran into the hall and said.

His body was riddled with wounds, and blood kept dripping down his body to the ground, enough to see what they had all just been through.

But he didn't seem to feel the pain, and his eyes raged with anger.

"Sailor, get them out of here." Nicole instantly turned into a snow-white wolf and said to a man next to her.

"I can do it...me..."

"You're not welcome here, so get out." The man named Sayer, tall and muscular, pulled Adri and me out.

We were herded out of the cave and Adri pulled me along, gesturing for me to leave.

All I could do was turn around and leave.

"Kasha, come with me."

Adri took my hand and followed a path around to the other side of the cave.

Hiding behind a rock, we saw a large moving gray shadow not far away, the storm wolf pack.

They were faster than we thought, leaving countless footprints, as well as blood, in the places they passed.

I couldn't tell if the blood was theirs or that of the snowy mountain wolves.

"There are too many Storm Wolves, at least tens of thousands at a visual estimate, and their aim is to directly destroy the Snow Mountain Wolf Pack. Kasha, you are no match for them." Adri said to me helplessly.

"Bastards, that's my father's wolf pack! Those fucking guys. I'm staying, Adri, and for once, maybe I'm the one who's going to have to turn you down." I looked at the rapidly approaching wolves and turned back to Adri and laughed. Nicole and Kamo charged in the direction of the storm wolves with the snowy mountain wolf pack.

In an instant, hissing and screaming echoed, and the smell of blood drifted in all directions with the wind.

The Snow Mountain Wolf Pack still suffered heavy losses under the attack of the Storm Wolf Pack because of the disparity in numbers, even with the geographical advantage.

I transformed into a werewolf, took one last look at Adri, and ran in the direction of Nicole.

Everything in front of me turned red once again, and my target, the pack of storm wolves.

I rushed to the front of the snowy mountain wolves, and the storm wolves glared at me fiercely. On their teeth, they still carried the blood left after the tearing, dripping down the corners of their mouths onto the snow. "I accept your challenge, but the price the loser pays, is death." I looked at the storm wolves in front of me and said icily, the voice didn't seem to belong to me, but it did come from me.

The storm wolves backed up a little bit, but I wasn't going to let them just leave.

I instantly rushed over, with only the screams of the werewolves in my ears and the smell of blood that almost made me lose my mind.

At the ever-increasing speed, I could barely see a shadow, but their screams proved that I had hit every attack.

I don't know how long it took me to realize that I was losing my strength fast and the redness in front of my eyes was receding.

I looked ahead, and beside me were the werewolf corpses of countless storm wolves, the blood staining a large area of snow red, and the smell of blood so strong that I wanted to vomit.

I looked back at Kamo and Nicole, who looked at me in shock.

I tried to move forward, but my body was so heavy that I couldn't move at all. When I struggled to take a step forward, after a darkness before my eyes, I fell to the ground and lost consciousness completely. When I woke up, there seemed to be a lot of people talking around me and it was very noisy.

After opening my eyes I saw that I was lying in a cave, but from the surrounding arrangement, it looked more like a palace.

"Oh my God, Kasha's awake!" One of the girls shouted out excitedly when she saw me wake up.

After everyone heard her words, there was a long silence, and then some people ran outside.

"Kasha, you're finally awake, you've been asleep for days, and we were discussing what to do." The girl said as she looked at me.

There was no sign of Adri in the room, and I couldn't help but be a little disappointed that he had left, right?

"Thank you for taking care of me." I said to her.

"It's okay, you're our savior, we're supposed to take care of you." The girl replied with a smile.

I couldn't help but laugh too, Savior? That's probably the most ironic thing I've ever heard.

If I were really a savior, I wouldn't have let my parents die and become a rouge myself that could be marked at any time. This savior is a real failure.

"I just did what I wanted to do, and to make up for something."

My voice trailed off, I couldn't change the past and how they saw it.

"Chief Kamo." A group of people suddenly bowed to the door and said.

Kamo walked in and gestured for the others to leave.

He and I were the only ones left in the room.

He looked at me for a moment and moved a chair and sat down.

"How does it feel?" Kamo asked, speaking up, though I wasn't able to see how gentle he was, or at least not hostile.

"It has been much better, what do you want from me?" I asked, looking at Kamo.

"Thank you." Kamo was silent for a long time before he said to me.

"I just don't want the same tragedy to happen again." I replied.

Kamo looked at me and smiled.

"You're a berserk werewolf?" Kamo asked.

"Yes, my father was also a berserk werewolf right?" I inquired as I looked to him.

"That's right, so when he left, everyone thought that if he was there, he would be completely able to resist the storm wolves. And the final defeat was put on his head." Kamo said to me as he sat in his chair.

"We will leave as soon as possible, the storm wolves are not all out. They will definitely gather more rouge and attack other packs again as a way to expand their strength."

I said to Kamo that the snowy mountain wolves did not know the situation below the mountain, and they could not adapt to life beyond the snowy mountain in a short time.

"That guy you brought in, he's an Alpha, right?" Kamo asked, looking at me.

"Yes, he's my mate too, but I think he should leave now." I laughed bitterly.

Without answering my question, Kamo stood up and walked out.

I was lying in bed with a few injuries, but none of them were serious and there was no physical discomfort.

After today, I should be out of here.

The door to the room opened again and Adri walked in, much to my surprise.

He was holding a piece of cake in his hand.

"I hear you've been going around telling people I'm gone?" Adri asked, looking at me, and I hurriedly turned my head to look at the window next to me.

"I...I didn't say that, they must have heard wrong." I'm not going to admit it.

"Kasha, it's not right to lie." Adri came over and pinned me to the bed.

I looked at his face, nervous to the extreme, my heart felt like it was going to jump out of my heart at any moment, and my face was rolling with it.

"I..."

I was already too nervous to speak, and Adri suddenly kissed me, making my mind go blank for an instant.

Without giving me a chance to react, Adri reached around my waist and slowly ran his other hand over my body.
