Chapter 13 Berserk Werewolf
Kendall's claws pierced his own chest, and before he closed his eyes, his smile was full of madness.
I felt my eyelids getting heavier and heavier and couldn't open my eyes anymore.
"Kasha, are you okay?" Tina's voice came to my ears, and I looked around to find her, but saw nothing.
"Mom, where are you? Are you still alive?" I kept running, wanting to see her immediately.
"Kasha, I will always live in your heart, but right now, I want you to open your eyes, because you have been sleeping for a long time." Tina said tenderly.
When I opened my eyes, I realized that I was lying in an inpatient ward.
Beside me, stood Adri and Senge.
They were surprised to see me wake up.
"Thank God she's finally awake." Senge said to Adri as he looked at me and smiled.
"What's going on? Why am I in the hospital?" I inquired, looking at them in confusion.
"It's been a week since the last fight, and you don't remember anything?" Adri asked as he walked over.
"I remember, but I didn't think I would sleep this long."
I replied that for a week, I must have missed Tina's funeral.
"Can you tell me what's wrong with your wolf?" Adri frowned at me.
"What? No, I don't have any problems with my wolf." I said to Adri.
Those bastards killed my mom and made me a total rouge.
"But while you were fighting those rouges, your eyes were red and I couldn't communicate with you from my mental link." Adri said in disbelief.
I didn't know why I was in that situation, maybe I was too angry at the time.
"There is nothing wrong with her wolf, and it is the most perfect wolf." Misius said to Adri and Senge as he walked into the ward.
"What?" Adri couldn't believe what Misius was saying.
"Her wolf has completed its evolution, more perfect than the others' wolves, enabling her to have absolute combat strength, and the wolves usually call this kind of combat form a berserk werewolf." Misius' emotions became complicated.
And Tina never told me that I would go berserk while shifting.
"A berserk werewolf? Isn't that a legend from over a hundred years ago? No one has ever seen a real berserk werewolf, hasn't it?" Adri was even more disbelieving.
"Legends are not always false, just because the people who hear these things have not seen them with their own eyes, so they think they are fabricated by others." Misius replied with a faint smile. "Kasha, I'm sorry I didn't tell you about this." Bella said with an apologetic voice in my head.
"It's okay, if it wasn't for that, I think I would have died at the hands of those rouges." I responded to Bella in my mind.
"In the berserk state, whoever tries to establish a mental link with you will be blocked, and even I can't communicate with you. And everything you see will be tinged with red." Bella explained to me. "Why didn't this change happen the first time I shifted?" I was a little confused.
"That's because the berserk state will be affected by your emotions, so later you need to gradually master the way to control it. After getting berserk, although your overall combat strength will be exponentially increased, but likewise, you will also become very bloodthirsty and brutal."
Bella said worriedly, probably in fear that I would turn into a killing machine.

While Bella and I were talking, Misius and Adri left the ward.
I thought Adri had left, but he returned to the ward.
"Kasha, I think we can talk." Adri said to me as he sat down.
"Well, what do you want to say?" I asked calmly.
"I want you to join my pack, if the other packs know that you are a berserk werewolf, they will use every means to catch you and use you." Adri said.
He was right, maybe it was because a werewolf like me was more special and powerful, so there would be people who want to use me and make me a complete werewolf who only knows how to kill. "Why do you want me to join your wolf pack as a rouge?"
Shouldn't he have gotten rid of me after I became a real rouge?
Although he was guided by the moon goddess to find my mate, he never acknowledged my existence.
Now that he knew I was a werewolf who went berserk, it's more than safe to say I was a disgrace to him.
"As I said, I didn't really reject you. We won't force you to do anything after you join my wolf pack." Adri said.
Joining Adri's wolf pack was indeed the best option for me right now than turning into a rouge, but I didn't know if I should say yes.
"Is my mom's funeral over already?" I asked, changing the subject.
"Takri is waiting for you to revive before he holds Tina's funeral." Adri replied.
"I'll let you know my options after Tina's funeral, but until then, I need time to think about it." I said to him, not really sure what joining Adri's pack would bring me.
If it was to give Adri more opportunities to humiliate me, I'd rather be a rouge than join his wolf pack.
The wound on my abdomen has started to heal, which allowed me to attend Tina's funeral normally.
When I returned to the house in Takri, the place had been restored to its original state, but all the furniture was brand new, and the original ones, all of which had been burned in the fire. Although Takri restored everything in the house to the way it was before as much as possible, I always felt that something was missing.
"Kasha, welcome back."
Takri's face was haggard, apparently, his eyes were a little red, and he too was saddened by Tina's departure, but he still tried to put a smile on my face.
"When is the funeral?" I asked, looking at Takri, although I didn't want to accept the fact that Tina was dead.
"Just for tomorrow, you can stay here today." Takri said to me.
"After the funeral, I may join Adri's wolf pack." I said to Takri.
"Join the wolves in Adri? Is that what he told you? You've agreed to him?" Takri seemed shocked and overwhelmed by the news.
"My parents are dead and I've become a real rouge, joining Adri's wolves is the best option, their strength can protect me." I said to Takri.
"Kasha, I thought you would choose to stay here." Takri said with some regret.
"Do you also want to keep me because I can go berserk?" I asked, turning my back to Takri, just to make sure, if what Adri said was true.
"Kasha, what are you talking about? I want you to stay just because you are Tina's daughter, and I accepted this before I married her, didn't I? Even if she's gone, this house can still be your home." Takri said to me. This must be the first time in all the years I have lived here that he has spoken to me so gently.
