Alpha of Doom

"Jake's cool" I say as Luca walks in the room from his chat with his cousin.

He shakes his head "Jake is not cool."

"And you are?" I raise an eyebrow, he nods.

"Sure am."

"Prove it" I smile tilting my head to the side, he puts on a thinking face.

"How?" He asks.

Hmm "uh.... DANCE?!" He shakes his head no, I pout. "Pleaseeeeee Lukey wukey?"

"Don't call me that" he mumbles and I clap my hands together.

"So you'll do it!" He groans.

"No" I pout.

"Then I will get Jake to dance for me!" He growls and I grin.

"Chop chop!" He glares at me.

He sighs muttering "I can't believe I'm doing this."

As he stares dancing I snort, he moves his feet side to side and moves his arms around making weird facial expressions.

I laugh and he jumps around lip syncing "go Luca!!" I whoop, he winks at me and I smile.

He stops and gruffly walks to bed "I'm never dancing again" I laugh.

"You say that now but in the future you will be begging to dance for me."

He scoffs "when we are dead, yes."

He closes his eyes and I switch off my lamp, I turn on my side and sigh "goodnight" I whisper. "Night" he says.

"So tell me everything Lils!" She squeals.

"Everything?" I sigh.

"When I say everything I mean everything! I don't mean one tiny piece of unimportant information" Storm says waving her hands in the air to emphasise.

"Fine. Well his cousin snuck in the house..... When I walked down he introduced himself and all of a sudden Luca shouted 'mine' then pulled me to him, Luca and I started play fighting then I was tired and said nice meeting you and said goodnight to Luca. But then he pulled me to him and kissed me....." There's a silence and I anticipate for what's coming.

"WHAT?!" She yells getting up from her chair almost dramatically.

People turn to look at us and my cheeks turn pink, we are in a public cafe with humans and werewolf's from the pack. Luca only said I could come if body guards came to, I reluctantly agreed. I need a social life other than him, a girl one! "Keep it down would you!" She waves me off sitting back down.

"This is some big stuff, like he kissed you?! What happened to that cold hearted jerk- I mean that lovely son of a gun" I raise an eyebrow.

"What's going on in your head?"

"well there's pack members around who will blow their heads off at me if they heard what I was saying about their.... Our alpha. Even though he scares the crap out of most people, he is still respected" she says.

"But they won't because their Luna is right here" I say and she shrugs.

"Exactly, so then I can talk crap about that shit head!" She cheers.

"You are almost as bipolar as him" I mutter.

"Don't compare me to him!" She warns and I put my hands up in surrender.

"You don't like him?" I question.

"I do, it's just fun talking crap about people who you are meant to respect. But since the luna's my best friend I have rights" she smiles and I laugh.

"Cheeky" I say and she winks at me.

"Soooo did you fall asleep straight away when you went upstairs?" I shake my head and she squeals "what happened?"

"Well.... I told him to dance for me if he was cool."

"I don't believe you that he did that" she says leaning back in her chair.

"He did!" I exclaim.

"Tell me how you did it" she urges.

"I compared him to Jake, I said Jake was cool and he said he wasn't and said he was. So I said prove it, I asked him to dance for me. He didn't want to so I said I would get Jake to dance for me and viola!" She fans her face dramatically. "I think I need a drink.... WAITER!" She waves her hands.

A male human waiter comes over and smiles at us "hello what can I get you ma'am?" He politely asks.

Luca should get some lessons from him...

"Can I get a large chocolate donut, one of those big pretzels, a chocolate milkshake, oh and a crepe with lots of chocolate sauce.... Oh! And another donut" he looks at her with his mouth open but then shuts it closed and nods. "O-of course."

He walks away flustered and I snort "your seriously going to eat all of that?" She scoffs.

"Who do you think I am? Big Sue? Of course not! I hate chocolate donuts they are fattening, one is for you and the other is for your mate- do not say it's from me or I will kill you!! Maybe you can get some if you give it to him and say it's a treat" she smirks to herself "oh and the milkshake, pretzel and crepes is for me" she says unashamed.

Good for her!

"Uh.... Okay? Wait you are saying they are fattening when you are getting a chocolate milkshake, a pretzel and crepes with lots of chocolate sauce?!" She puts her hands up in the air.

"I was joking!" She laughs.

"Sure" I say sarcastically.

The man comes back with all of the food and places it in front of us "oh do you have any thing I can put these donuts in?" He nods and gets out a paper bag handing it to her.

She thanks him and puts be two donuts inside then hands it to me "I can pay if you want" she waves me off.

"Of course not! I'm not allowing that, you're rich enough... Well your mate is but oh well!"

"That doesn't make sense, it's meant to be 'im' rich enough not me! Or at least your poor enough?" She shakes her head.

"Don't be so disrespectful Lils."

"I am not!" She sucks on her straw drinking the chocolate milkshake.

It makes slurping sounds as if she's making a point "to the poor people" she says having a break from drinking for now...

"You're really weird you know that?" She nods.

"I've been told" she says cutting a piece of her crepe and biting into it.

Someone taps me on the shoulder and I turn my head around to see one of my body guards for the day.

"Um excuse me Luna but alpha would like you home in an hour approximately" he whispers, I huff and nod.

"Thank you" he nods and takes a step back with his other mates.

Whatever...

Storm frowns "I really hate that he has such control over you, he can tell his little 'buddies' when you need to be home and you actually comply! You are an independent woman Lily, you should be able to decide when you want to go home" I shake my head.

"Storm it's not that easy, we kind of just got on good terms and I don't want to ruin that."

She nods in understanding "I just don't agree" she whispers.

"I know and I will tell him someday that it's my decision if I want to go out and how long but I'm lucky that he's even letting me because you know... He's pretty good at threatening me" her fork drops making a chattering sound and I look at her in surprise.

"WHAT?!" She shouts gaining the attention of other customers.

"He would drag me home if I left or a big fight would start-" she cuts me off angrily.

"He should not be treating you this way Lily, he's stomping all over you like a freaking door mat! Tyler would never do this to me, he believes I can make my own decisions and he trusts me. He lets me go out when ever for how long with out his permission unless it's really late... But that's not my point. Luca should be doing the same! He should be letting you make your own decisions" I sigh.

"Storm you don't understand the complications in our relationship."

"Lily you don't understand! Relationships are about trust and alpha Knight does not have any, trust me I know that. Anyone speaking English could figure out that he doesn't trust you" I gasp and look at her with hurt.

"How could you Storm? I thought you were my friend" I say standing up "goodbye" I say leaving the donuts on the table.

I walk up to the guards trying to be brave "I- I want to go home" they nod and follow behind me.

I sit in the car and look out of the tinted window at Storm, her head is in between her hands and she's shaking it as if cursing herself.

'She shouldn't of said that' Celeste mutters sadly.

I nod and don't reply, I just want to go home and not talk to anybody.
