“It's ok. We can head back on Monday and take everyone from the Academy with us and continue this from our pack. I would however like to send extra warriors to stay at Julian's pack in case they are attacked again”

“Thank you, princess” He said.

“For what?" I asked him.

“For going back home. I know you want to stay here to find Robert”

“We will find him, whether we are here or at our pack. Now go shower we have to be back downstairs in a few hours.”

He took off for the shower and took his time in there. I lay on the bed thinking of the different scenarios that could play out tonight. He came back out a while later all ready to go and laid down beside me. I rolled over so I was laying on his chest. “Penny for your thoughts?” He asked me.

I sent the link out the everyone, so they were all aware of it. About thirty minutes later we heard multiple people coming but couldn't see them yet.

“Beware everyone we have multiple people headed this way" I linked out to everyone there.

Three men with guns showed up and had ten people with them. Both humans and wolves. The man in front of them walked to the single man to speak to him.

“Do you have payment for them?” He asked.

The single man took out an envelope and handed it over. The other man took the money out and counted it. He nodded his head at him and walked over to the ten people. They were all shackled together. He had a leash connected to the first one and pulled on it and everyone started to walk, and he handed them over to the other man.

“Here you go” He said as he handed him the leash

“OK, everyone you know what to do” I mind-linked to everyone.

My group of people were going to be following the man who was taking the group of people. He took off in the same direction he came from, and we stayed back giving enough distance that he wouldn't hear us.

“Colt, he is alone, I think we should take him out” I linked him.

“I don't know. What if he has more people with him or hiding in the area” He linked back.

“I can't let him take those innocent people.” I linked back

“OK, what's your plan?”

“I am going to get ahead of him and stop him and you guys come in from behind. If he attacks, I can take him. You guys get the people” I told him.

I'sent a link out to everyone with me about our plan and they all fell into place. I moved ahead of everyone and when they all said they were ready I stepped out in front of him. He stopped immediately and looked me up and down and gave me a disgusting smile.

“They were bought and are being taken to their new owner” He said.

The rest of my team had gone to everyone that was shackled and were trying to calm them down so they could set them frec They were finally able to get a few of the wolves free and we used that to shackle the man that was taking them. The human: were panicking, and I couldn't blame them.

“Everyone please calm down. We are not going to hurt you. We are going to get you to safety and then back to your families. I told them. This seemed to help them calm down enough that we were able to free them from their shackles and we headec back to our SUVs. It took us a while to get there as the humans were slow going but we had to go at their pace.

We had finally made it to the SUVs, and they all looked exhausted.

“Does anyone have any injuries?" I asked them.

“Nothing serious.” Someone spoke up.

“OK, let's get into the vehicles and we can leave. I have some food and water in there you can have” I told them.

We all got loaded into two of the SUVs and took off. Colter was driving one and Joe was driving the other. We had left one SUV for everyone else to get home.
