After Grandma Died I Gave Up Loving Him by Cynthia Young

Chapter 14

chapter 14

She forced out a weird smile, as if she was unstable, “I clearly saw that day, Cynthia hid the box in his clothes.” “If you don’t believe me, go search her house.”

“She is a manipulative woman who is deceiving you, hahahahaha…”

“You’re such a dumb ass!”

After Lindsay finished speaking, she was taken into a police car which quickly drove away.

Sheldon looked at me, as if he couldn’t believe what Lindsay said, and asked with trembling lips, “Cynthia, is what she said true?”

I nodded coldly, “So what?”

“Sheldon, do you think that I can let you off easy after you hurt me so badly?”

“You have to face consequences.‘

་་

Sheldon’s tone was extremely humble. “I know I was wrong, Cynthia, can you let me pay respects to grandma? I want to apologize to her.”

I shook my head, “No, you don’t deserve it. Sheldon, please go away. I don’t want to see you again.”

After saying that, I turned around and went home.

Sheldon was completely desperate.

After cleaning grandma’s urn again, I lit the candles and placed her favorite dessert.

Today is the anniversary of her passing.

The wind was strong, so I went to close the window, but saw Sheldon kneeling downstairs with his injuries. Until he passed out.

His family finally showed up and took him back.

I also started a new life.

My major in college was Oil Painting.

And I had also won many awards in various competitions.

It wouldn’t be too difficult to go back to that field now.

Mr. Bey was my first client.

When I went to show him my newly finished work, I met Sheldon.

At this time, he had already faded from the entertainment world, and no one recognized him when he went out. I guess he had lost more weight, and his coat looked oversized.

When Sheldon saw me, he asked in a daze, “Cynthia, how have you been recently?”
