-What's taking so long? -asks Kara in desperation as she waits for news of the Don in a room given to her so she can rest with her cubs.

Hours, minutes and seconds seem like an eternity to her. She keeps glancing at the door next to Marian waiting for a response from the Don's state.

Leonardo wakes up in the early hours of the morning when he hears one of his children crying. He moves slowly until he can sit up and see the sleeping she-wolf. She holds her little one tightly and cuddles him in her arms, giving him her warmth.

She reaches out her hand and turns on the lights to get a better view of him. Her heart races as she sees how tender the Don looks with little Enzo in his arms.
