Chapter 2: Dombard
Dombard possessed the arqilunian body, but the argiphone on which he flew, felt the ghost and constantly screamed, sometimes trying to throw him off. However, he managed to land not far from Talashgeflerwall, the argiphone looked at him with such dislike that Dombard thought that the bird would now bite his head off, but the argiphone just flew away. There was a roadside tavern not far from the city next to there were many forest elves, and many others were leaving the city because they didn’t want to die in flame. Dombard decided to go to the tavern. The innkeepers and the servants all ran back and forth packing their things. Several elves drank alvulus, a low-alcoholic beverage of the arqilunians. Dombard took a seat next to a half-elf, whose blond hair at the roots gradually turned dark at the tips, his eyes were green.
“What a pleasant vessel,” the ghost said aloud, and then abruptly left the body of the arqilunian and entered the Valdiramir’s body.
The arqilunian, whose body the ghost had left, shouted, “The ghost, it is now in this half-elf, don’t let it pass into someone else!” And the elves stopped doing their things and look at Valdiramir, and those who were sitting and drinking the alvulus, the soldiers, jumped up and assumed a fighting pose.
“I’m leaving now! I don’t want to fight,” the ghost said. “If you kill this vessel, I’ll take one of yours! So let’s not make this situation much more unpleasant than it now!” And the ghost got up and walked towards the exit from the tavern. The elves didn’t attack, and Dombard calmly left.
He was able to see some of his vessel’s memories and was now walking towards the city, talking to his vessel.
“You know, Valdiramir, I’ll definitely fuck Nulara. Don’t worry, at least I won’t fuck your mother. I don’t even want to go to the city, I’m more interested in larmarian. What you know about is stirring the mind! Oh, and she is a queen, how I want a queen if you only knew!” the ghost felt a strong resistance, “Whoa, whoa, you shouldn’t react like that, I haven’t done anything yet! But what will be your surprise when I hammer your dick into her larmarian hole? All right, all right, I feel your rage. We’ll talk about that later. But now I’m curious, why didn’t you go to the city to meet your mother? You don’t even know whether if she’s in the city or not, but you sat in a tavern with a mug of alvulus? The dear vessel, as I said, we’re not going into the city, so you won’t see your mother,” Dombard looked at the elf-woman who passed next to him and glared at him. “What are you staring at? You’ve never seen a half-elf talking to himself before? I’ll put your ears on your head!”
“What did you say, half-blood?!” One arqilunian man asked. Though the Dombard moved away from the tavern and the elves didn’t pursue him, but there are many of them next to him because many fled from the city. The local arqilunians were either left without argiphones, because not having birds or their argiphones helped transport relatives to the Greywind Forest, and there were also representatives of other races in the city, although there were not very many of them.
“I said I’d put her ears on her head, but I didn’t specify whose head!” Dombard replied.
“Kras Vos Dracal!” the elf said quickly, and Dombard barely managed to dodge three magical orbs that flew at him.
Valdiramir jumped back, drew his sword and immediately lunged at the enemy. The elf managed to get his sword and actively parried every attack of the ghost.
“Kill him, Amelelar!” shouted the elf-woman, and she prepared to cast a spell, but a high-speed duel forced her not to interfere, so as not to hurt Amelelar.
Amelelar jumped up and stroke a blow to the neck from the side in flight, but Dombard in Valdiramir’s body constantly repelled such an attack, and Dombard himself tried to go left or right during attacks, and, bending down, tried to injure the thigh or belly of the enemy. Finally, Valdiramir was able to cut Amelelar’s hand during a lunge, and elf dropped his sword. And Dombard drove the sword into his chest with all his might, and then pulled it out, and quickly jumped back because a powerful fireball launched by the arqilunian young woman flew at him. The ball exploded next to the defeated Amelelar, partially charring his body. Other arqilunians also wanted to join the attack on the crazy half-blood, but suddenly those elves that were in the tavern came running up and one of them shouted, “This is a ghost, it possesses the body, if you kill the host, then it will immediately enter one of you. If this dead half-elf is not your relative or friend, then it’s better to leave the ghost alone. Dragons can come at any minute!”
Dombard looked around after another jump and shouted, “What a nice speech! But is there any courage in the forest elves?”
But the arqilunians listened to that elf and decided not to interfere, except for the young elf-woman, who continued to attack the ghost. But Dombard got tired of this, he rushed away and purposefully fell hard, hitting his head on a stone, and abruptly left the body. Valdiramir passed out. The elven girl at that moment already drew her sword and moved towards Valdiramir, but the ghost possessed her. The girl stopped, dropped her sword, took out a dagger and slashed herself in the throat. Blood pulsed from the wound, and Dombard left her body. Some elves prepared to attack, fearing that the ghost would possess one of them. Arqilunian girl covered the wound in horror, but her strength left her, only surprise and rage were reflected in her eyes before she died.
“I already have a vessel, don’t worry,” Dombard said to the elves. Valdiramir began to regain consciousness, and Dombard didn’t wait any longer and possessed him. He felt discomfort in the area of his injured forehead.
The ghost picked up Valdiramir’s sword and ran to one karkhash, loaded with all sorts of things, being led by an old elf. Dombard just wanted to say something, but the old arqilunian looked at the ghost and simply put the reins in his hands.
“A wise elf, what a rarity!” Dombard was surprised, and then threw off the old elf’s things from the karkhash, and got into the saddle and galloped along the road to the north, bypassing Talashgeflerwall.
