A love to last

Chapter Ep9

One Month Later......

Alexa's POV

"Hey Cupcake." Felix said as he wrapped his arms around me and placed a kiss on my cheek. I grinned and turned to him, pecking his lips. "Ready to go?"

"Yeah." I answered.

"You look stunning by the way." He winked.

"You look good too." I held his hand and we walked out of the house to his car.

We were actually going to a party. We got the invite in the school itself by some cheerleader girls

that were eyeing my boyfriend. I didn't want to go at first but I agreed when Felix promised me to have a weekend all to ourselves.

I was wearing a black dress with a small cut showing a little bit of my cleavage. Felix whereas, was wearing a black ripped jeans and white shirt with black denim jacket.

And he looked super hot!

....

The car stopped. There was loud music coming from the inside and lots of lightings were there.

As we went inside the house, my eyes immediately caught Emily's.

She squealed as she ran to me and hugged me. I hugged her back and giggled.

"Girl! You should try the whiskey, it's the best!" She yelled over the music. I smiled and shook my head.

"Sorry! But I don't drink!!" I tell her. She rolled her eyes.

"Everything has a first time, Lexi!!" She grinned. I giggled. While talking to her, I started searching the person I might love.

Felix.

He was talking to Mike. Soon, Grace came to them and started pulling Felix to the dance floor. Felix however, declined but she didn't listen and took him to dance.

They were dancing quite closely and intimating-ly. I felt bad seeing him dancing with an another girl. I frowned at the sight in front of me.

I snapped out of my daze when I felt someone tap on my shoulder. I looked up and saw Mike smirking down at me.

"Wanna try!? Might hurt less!" He said, pointing to a glass in his hand. I raised an eyebrow at him and took the glass from him, gulping it down in one single gulp. I closed my eyes as the liquid travelled down my throat, burning.

Emily came from behind and pulled both of us to the bar. She called for shots and I had a few too.

....

Overall, I was thankful that I'm not feeling dizzy yet. Felix came to me and smiled. He pulled me in a hug but I didn't hug him back.

"Why grumpy, Muffin?" He asked with a frown. I didn't reply to him. He pulled me even closer and sighed. "I missed you."

"I missed you too." I said with a huff.

Okay, I might be a little drunk.

"Are mad at me? What did I do?" He asked.

"You didn't dance with me. You danced with that pretty girl..." I said and looked down. He smirked.

"Are you jealous?" I shook my head quickly.

"N-no." Liar.

"Fine. You wanna dance? Let's dance." He pulled me to the dance floor and I followed him.

Minutes later, we were dancing together. Our hands roaming over each other's body, kissing whenever we got a chance to.

The cheerleader, who's party it was, appeared and grinned at us.

"Come on, you two. We are playing never have I ever." She said and pulled us to a semi circular coach. We got our drinks and got seated. I was sitting on Felix's lap.

The game started.

"Okay. Never have I ever....had sex in a car." The cheerleader, who's name I discovered is Jess said. Everyone except me, Emily and Felix took drinks. I raised my eyebrow at him. He chuckled.

"I'm not playing, cupcake." He said and kissed my cheek. I blushed and continued playing. "Never have I ever....gone to a church." Mike said.

Only Emily and I took our drinks and everyone chuckled, even Felix. I rolled my eyes.

"I was eight back then." I said.

"Anyways, my turn. Never have I ever.... smoked?" Emily said, more like questioned. I giggled and took a sip. All eyes raised to me. Felix was staring at me curiosity.

"It was just a small drag." I defended myself. They all laughed.

"Never have I ever....kissed a girl." A guy who I think is in my chemistry class said. I know he is a gay and has a boyfriend though.

Felix took a sip from my drink and smirked before pecking my lips. Everyone awed and smiled at us as I blushed.

"Never have I ever.... been in love." Another guy said. Emily and Mike took a sip and smiled at each other.

Surprisingly, Felix too took a sip from my drink and pecked my cheek. All eyes raised to him. He chuckled.

"I'm not yet. But I'm on track of falling in love." He said and I'm sure my heart just melted at his statement.

"You two are so cute!" Grace grinned. "Okay, my turn. Never have I ever....kissed a guy." She said, making my eyes almost pop out of their sockets.

Everyone except Mike and Felix took their drinks. I was still confused by her statement.

"She's a lesbian, Cupcake." Felix whispered in my ear. I blushed with embarrassment. I just wanted the Earth to swallow me up.

Was I really jealous of a girl that is into girls?!

....

The game continued. We laughed and had fun really. Emily was quite drunk so Mike took her home. The party had almost finished and I wanted to go home too.

I thanked Jess for inviting me and told her that I had fun. Felix and I then got in the car, driving to our home.

"Are you sure you're not drunk? I can call dad and tell him to pick us up." I tell him. He shook his head as he opened the door for me.

"No Cupcake. I'll drive you home. Safe and sound." He assured. I nodded and got in.

When we were driving down the plain, straight road, a car appeared out of nowhere and started

coming in our direction. It didn't make any move in turning but was coming straight.

Felix took a sharp turn so we didn't get collided with the car, but bumped into the tree.

The last thing I saw was my face hitting the airbag.

Just when I thought life was perfect, it all came crashing down.
