A Girl Nobody Wanted

Shane's POV.

“sarah!” I shouted her name, running to the living room... I could hear her screams as soon as I got down from the car. I don't even remember how I managed to run here without falling down because I was so scared and nervous.

Andrew was in the living room, and Sarah was on his arms... She was wriggling and screaming him to stop.

“Put my sister down, you filthy monster!” I screamed. My blood was heating, and my heart rate was at maximum speed... Andrew turned around and looked at me. He looked so annoyed to see me.

“shane! Help me...” Sarah screamed again as she saw me.

“I told you, Andrew, put down my sister” 1 yelled, going towards them.

He put her down, and Sarah quickly ran towards me, holding her half-buttoned blouse to cover her chest...

Then only I clearly saw her status... She looked like a mess...

I couldn't bear it anymore... This bastard has gone too far...

Without even thinking twice, I punched his face... His lips started to bleed... God! I should have done this much earlier! “What the fu**" he cursed, holding his face...

I hold him from his shirt collar... I was furious, and at that time, I was thinking it is better to kill him and go to jail for the rest of my life.

“sarah... Talk some sense to your brother, or he won't be even lucky as much as Jake...” he warned Sarah and walked towards the front door. I followed him... He gave me a warning look with his blood-red eyes before he stepped out from t front door.

As soon as he left, I locked the door and hurried to the living room.

Sarah was sitting on the sofa, hiding her face between his knees... She was sobbing...

“sarah..."I sat beside her and put my arm around her... She lifted her head up and leaned on to me. She kept her head on my shoulder...

“Thank you, Shane... Thank you for coming right on time...” she whispered.

“You should thank Jake, not me. He is the one who asked me to come home as soon as possible, saying you are alone wit that crazy bastard.” I said.

She released a sigh...

“If you don't like him even touching you, why you agreed to marry him, Sarah...” I asked worriedly.

Without saying anything, she cuddled to me and stayed like that for a few seconds... I also didn't want to disturb her, so I just let her be like that.

“I want to protect my Jake, you, Luke, our parents..” she said finally, raising her head.

“You think it is Andrew behind Jake's accident? “I asked.

“I am not just thinking, it is the truth,” she said.

Well... Now the missing piece of the puzzle is completed... But it was so hard to believe president McMiler can be that evil don't adore politicians usually, but Victor McMiller is like one of my heroes.

How can I send my twin sister to the lion's den knowing the lion would harm her.

“I can't live without Jake... If I don't solve this Andrew's issue once and forever, I won't be able to have a happy life with Ja ever. Also, it will put all of your lives in danger. So, I w as ready to take the risk” she said.

“You know what I think, Sarah..." I said, looking to her eyes.

She looked at me, confusedly.

“You don't have to do this alone. We all can team up to help you execute your plan. That is less risky and efficient as well. said.

Sarah's POV

I couldn't even believe what I heard...

“Really... You are not going to stop me, but you are going to help me... You are amazing, Shane!” I hugged him tightly. “since you are not actually suspect that Jake cheat you, shall we call him in? That poor bugger must be boiling eggs on hi heart, staying in front of our house,” he said, after breaking the hug.

“What? Is he still in front of our house, didn't he leave?” I surprised. My Jake, are you still there, worrying about me? “Don't you know about your Jake, more than I do. How do you even think he could leave you alone with that freak. He called me as soon as he left our garden and stayed in front of our house” he said, smiling...

My heart was screaming at me to go out and find my Jake and invite him in... But my mind was telling another story.

“We can't tell him anything yet..." I said.

“Why?” Shane wondered.

“He will get really heartbroken if he gets to know the truth about his dad," I said.

“So what are you going to do?” he asked.

“After revealing Andrew's true face and put him behind the bars his dad can't ask me to leave Jake, saying it will put his li at risk. I think it was sent when his mother was in the hospital...

“Of course, you should. Your sister paid for all your sins."

She paid for all your sins! What does that mean? Anyway, they haven't chat after that until Jake's accident.

As Marina, Jake's dad was also not aware of this accident.

Andrew: “Hope you are crying for your son.”
