A few days later, Noha saw the news. At that time, he had just finished filming, so he immediately packed his things and rushed home. 

The Walker family suddenly got twins, which surprised a lot of people in the entire villa area. Most young people nowadays didn’t want to have children. They would never be willing to have another baby after they already got one. Some people weren’t even willing to raise one child. 

The twins of the Walker family made those elders extremely envious. They all took Annabelle as an example to convince their own kids. 

Annabelle didn’t know she almost became the pain in the ass of her peer neighbors because of those elders after she had her 

twins. 

She was still in the month of confinement after giving birth to her babies. Maybe because she had been having pretty good meals, she had enough breast milk for two babies. 

In just a few days. Annabelle noticed that her two babies had changed drastically. She got to believe Lucas’s words more. She wanted to see how gorgeous her babies would be in a few months. 

These days, many people came to visit, but Annabelle’s family did not let anyone disturb her. 

Only Hazel had the privilege to enter Annabelle’s room with Elizabeth and chat with Annabelle. 

Over the past few days, the two babies had got a lot of gifts. Since the two babies actually could use any of the gifts. Annabelle had to take them all. 

Annabelle did not suffer from postpartum depression. Instead, she was very happy during this time. 

Of course, Lucas and his family made great contributions. Other than breastfeeding, the two babies did not need Annabelle 

at all. During the day, her mother–in–law and Brenda could take care of the babies. At night, there were Elizabeth and Lucas. Some other relatives also came to offer help. 

Annabelle was very glad that she had met such a good family. 

Because Lucas had to take care of the two babies at night, he needed to get some sleep during the day. And he just slept beside Annabelle. 

However, Annabelle didn’t want Lucas to stay by her side. Although she wasn’t staying in bed with a blanket every day like the traditional way, the elders didn’t allow her to get a shower. They only let her wipe her body every day. She could wash her hair only once every few days. Annabelle always felt that there was a bad smell on her body. She didn’t care what other people would think of her, but she didn’t want Lucas to judge her. 

After hearing Annabelle’s concerns, Lucas nodded and said seriously. “It does smell!” 

Annabelle’s countenance changed after Lucas’s words. She didn’t want to hear that from anybody else except herself. Therefore, she got kind of angry. 

“I told you to leave, but you insisted on staying here. So you can’t blame me. Annabelle lay on the bed and pulled the blanket over her head. However, she could not stand it very soon. She felt kind of suffocated, but it might be a little embarrassing if she got out of the blanket now. 

Just when Annabelle was considering whether she should get out of the blanket or not, the blanket on her head was gently removed. 

Annabelle opened her eyes and saw Lucas who was smiling 

Lucas said, “Are you angry? You’re getting more and more delicate.” 

Annabelle was speechless. She thought that Lucas was about to comfort her. She wanted to snatch the blanket back, but Lucas held her hand. 

“I haven’t finished speaking yet. I wanted to say that you smell like milk!” Lucas said and tapped her breasts. Annabelle was surprised. This was obviously not what she had expected. Her small face instantly turned extremely red. Lucas said, “Well, well, well. They originally belong to me. Now they are taken by the two babies. It will still take five months. for me to get them back.” Then he let out a long sigh. 

Annabelle was totally stunned when she heard what Lucas just said. Her face was so red that it looked like bleeding. 

“What are you talking about?” Annabelle stuttered. Lucas was too shameless. Those breasts belonged to Annabelle. They never belonged to Lucas. 

Lucas said, “What’s wrong? I am talking about them.” Then he pulled the blanket down a little and looked like he was going 

to unbutton Annabelle’s clothes. 

Annabelle was shocked and quickly reached out to block him. She blushed and told him to stop.

Annabelle said angrily. “Don’t mess around! I…” She didn’t know how to reject him. 

Then tell me, are they mine?” Lucas let her hold his hand. Although he was moving forward, he did not take his hand back. It was as if he was waiting for her to answer. If she answered correctly, he would let her off this time. If she did not answer correctly, he would continue to reach for her breasts. 

What else could Annabelle do? She could only say yes with a totally red face. 

“Yeah. They both are yours. Alright?”

When Lucas heard the answer he wanted, he smiled gently. He reached out and pulled Annabelle into his arms with the blanket. Lucas closed his eyes in satisfaction.

Lucas didn’t expect he would love this woman so much even though the two of them got married just because she was pregnant. 

When Noah returned, the two babies were sleeping in the crib in the living room. 

When Noah saw the two pretty babies, he felt that they were the cutest things in the whole world. 

How could there be such beautiful babies in this world?

His gifts for them were lucky bracelets. 

Benjamin rushed back from the company after learning that her brother had returned. When he saw the lucky bracelets on the two babies, he said to Noah, “Hey, it’s so impolite of you, Noah!” 

Elizabeth, who didn’t go to the shop, said “Oh, what a good idea! Why didn’t I think of it before?”
