Chapter 39
Maizey
I had no idea how I ended up here with Hunter’s face between my legs. My plan was to run through my room and dive into my closet so I could hide from him and not die from embarrassment. But, the second his hands were on my body, only the thin towel between him and my bare skin, I became senseless. All I could think about was his body against mine and his lips consuming me. When I saw Watcher righting for control, I knew that he and Hunter wanted the same thing.
I felt myself coming undone beneath Hunter as I withered and moaned for him. When my pleasure was released, Hunter smiled at me and crawled back towards my face. He was kissing me again, his rough hands caressing my body.
“I love you so much, Maizey.” He purred as he nuzzled my neck.
“Hunter?” I pulled his attention back towards me. He was leaning over me with his weight support on his elbows instead of my body. He was running his hand through my damp curls while his other hand traced circles on my cheek. His eyes were alive and burning into mine.
“Yes, princess?”
“I love you.” I giggled at his reaction. His eyes popped open and he buried himself in my neck again, holding me close.
“I love you so much for saying that.” He said against my neck.
He pulled me closer to him and I felt his member pushing against my thigh. He was still wearing his sweatpants, but the thin fabric wasn’t leaving much to the imagination. I started kissing the only spot that I could reach which was his neck, down to his bare shoulder. I felt as he got heavier on me, giving in to his own desires. He moaned my name and I swear it was the sexiest thing I’ve ever heard. I ran my hands up and down his back, lightly dragging my nails across his skin.
“You are torture, little red.” He smirked at me, his face was so close to mine that long dark eyelashes were fluttering against my cheek.
I pushed against his chest and made him flip onto his back next to me. He gave me a strange look until I rolled myself on top of him, straddling his groin. I leaned down so I could kiss him, grinding my hips against him.
“I’m so sorry.” I mumbled against his lips, not sorry at all. I felt his chest rumble as he laughed under me. I trailed my kisses down his neck, across his chest, and towards his V.
“Princess, you don’t have to.” He said as I thumbed at the waistband of his pants.
“You don’t want me to?” I blinked up at him with puppy dog eyes as my face hovered over his member, which was at full attention for me.
“Oh, no, I want you to.” His eyes were dark and lustful.
“So do I.” I said, silencing his concerns.
I tugged off his pants and boxers, he shimmied his hips, helping me pull them down. I watched his face as I pleasured him and enjoyed every second of it.
When we were finished, he got cleaned up while I went into my closet to finish getting ready. Hunter grinned as he joined me, wrapping his arms around me as I finished putting on my underwear.
“You need to go shopping.” He said as he looked over my small suitcase of clothes. I shrugged,
“It’s not that bad.” I argued.
I hadn’t gotten around to hanging up my clothes yet and most of them were work clothes. I only had a few casual outfits. I pulled out a pair of pink cotton shorts and a gray T-shirt with a deep V neckline.
“You’re killing me, little red.” He ducked his head down to kiss what the neckline left exposed.
“You have no self control.” I laughed at Hunter and he shook his head,
“None at all.” He agreed.
There was a knock at my door and I pushed Hunter away to answer it. I pulled open the door and was shocked to see Archer on the other side. Hunter came up behind me, wrapping his arm around my waist. Archer’s eyes were pitch black and he was breathing heavily. Hunter moved me behind him.
“What’s wrong?” I gasped.
“Archer smelt you.” Hunter said.
“Well yeah I thought that was normal.” I was confused. Archer’s eyes snapped towards me and his expression was lustful. He was hungrily scanning my body.
“No, he smelt your arousal.” Hunter clarified and I felt my entire body getting warm again. These two were going to make me die of embarrassment one day.
“Oh. I’m….sorry.” I mumbled. Archer’s face relaxed a little then and he chuckled.
“Don’t be sorry for enjoying yourself, little mate.” His lips were turned into what might resemble a crooked smile, if he ever smiled. “Ryder and I just wanted to be involved.”
“It’s too soon for you, Archer.” Hunter argued and Archer’s black eyes moved towards him.
“You don’t think I know that.” Archer snapped. I moved around Hunter, against his protests, to grab Archer’s hands.
“Are you okay?” I asked him gently. His eyes softened and he squeezed my hands.
“I’m okay, little mate.” He released one of my hands to tuck a curl behind my ear, “I’ve just never wanted someone as badly as I want you.” He said in a low, deep voice.
“Should we all go to breakfast together?” I offered, changing the subject.
Archer nodded and Hunter walked up beside me, offering me his elbow. I took Hunter’s elbow and kept Archer’s hand as we walked down the steps together.
Hunter sat at the head of the table with me to his right and Archer next to me. The rest of their family was sitting around the table as well, already eating their breakfast. Frannie from the kitchen brought the three of us out plates overflowing with food. The table was alive with small talk and I could tell that Elena and Wesley were overjoyed to finally have all of their children home.
“We have to get going, princess, we’re late for work.” Hunter said, pushing his chair back and kissing me on the top of my head.
“You work at Greyback Industries?” Archer asked me.
“I do.” I replied, surprised that he didn’t already know that.
“I told you that, Archer.” Hunter said, pulling out my chair and offering me his hand. Archer glared at his brother like he was spoiling his plan.
“I work in the robotics lab.” I said to Archer, jabbing my elbow into Hunter’s side and forcing him to shut up.
“Hunter did mention something about you being a genius.” Archer said, standing up from the table as well.
I ran off to change quickly and then met both my mates in the foyer.
“What are you going to do today?” I asked Archer as we all walked towards the front door.
“I’m going to work on hunting down Paul.” Archer said and I frowned at him.
“Is that really necessary?” I sighed.
“Yes.” Archer and Hunter answered at the same time and I rolled my eyes at the pair of them.
“Rolling your eyes at your Alpha is disrespectful.” Archer snapped at me, earning himself a wicked glare.
“Shut up, Archer.” Hunter warned him, practically shoving me in the car before Archer could say anything else to piss me off.
“What?” I heard Archer say from outside my door.
“She can roll her eyes if she wants to roll her eyes. Chill out.” Hunter huffed at his brother, “Use whatever you need from the pack to find Paul. I have a team already out tracking him. I told the pack to follow your command as well on this matter.” Hunter said in a low voice, but I was still able to hear him.
“I’ll take care of it. You have guards on the building?” Archer asked.
“Obviously. Toby stays with her at all times, too.” Hunter seemed irritated that Archer was questioning his methods of protecting me. I grumbled at my mates and faced the front of the car. These two were going to be a handful.
Hunter hopped in the car and Archer waved at me through my window. I weakly waved back, still mad at him for his earlier comment.
“He’s a slow learner.” Hunter said, observing my mood, as we pulled away from the packhouse.
“What’s he going to do when he finds Paul?” I asked, ignoring him.
“Kill him.” Hunter said matter-of-factly. I crossed my arms and sat back in the chair with a hmph, “It’s to keep you safe, Maizey.” Hunter added.
“Murder isn’t the only answer.” I grumbled.
“Yes, because putting him in prison worked out so well the first time.” Hunter said, his tone dripping with sarcasm. I glared at him and his face softened.
“I told you that I don’t want you or Archer making decisions for me.” I snapped.
“And I told you that I won’t ask for permission to keep you safe.” He argued. I decided to ignore him for the rest of the drive.
