300 Days With The Alpha Beta Triplets

Chapter NEW ROOMIE

Bella:

I took Hazel back to the room as fast as I could, then I dumped her on the couch, returning to get a couple more sachets. After that, I went back to my room, got into bed, and decided to finish my snack of chilled blood sachets for the night.

My mind pricked me as I looked at Hazel peacefully asleep, and I hoped that one day, when she found out, she would forgive me and know that what I did was right.

"I came about thirty minutes ago, and I searched for her, but I couldn't find her..."

My mother's voice trailed off.

I pulled the sachet out of my mouth, tossing it under my bed, just as she pulled the door open.

"Oh, she is here," she said, ending the call and rushing towards me with a worried face.

"Where have you been, Bella?" she questioned, placing her hand on my head to check my temperature, which was fine now because I had fed.

"I'm fine. I had to get some fresh air," I said, frowning.

No matter what she said or did, she was the same person who wanted me dead.

"Please do not go off like that. I was so scared, and I have searched all over for you," she said, taking a quick breath and sitting close to me. "How are you, and do you feel well enough? Fred and I were thinking of..."

She paused, swiping her thumb on my lips.

"Is that blood?" she questioned with a frown, and my heart skipped a beat. "Bella, open your mouth!" she ordered, and I sighed, opening my mouth to reveal my blood-stained teeth.

She stood up at once, pulling the covers from my body to reveal sachets of blood underneath.

"What the fuck is wrong with you? Where did you get this?" she asked, widening her eyes. "This is a hospital, and they have a fucking blood bank." I rolled my eyes, crossing my arms. She turned to see Hazel fast asleep.

"What about Hazel? What will happen if she..."

"I compelled her, and she won't wake until tomorrow, so take a chill pill, MOM," I said, stressing her title.

"No, you realize what, vou've done? You can't raid a blood bank and think everything will be fine Bella. What will, vou do when people raise their brows?" she asked, and I hissed.

"Chill out, okay! I only did it to help myself. That fall could have killed me, and I healed myself with my vampire blood, but it didn't work like I thought it would. I became weak and needed to feed," I explained, but the look on her face didn't change.

"Not that I expect you to believe me or anything. I mean, you constantly take sides with the boys that bully me, and now you want to act like you care about me. Drop the act, Mum," I said, crossing my arms.

"Bella, I only want what is best for you, and right now you do not know what you have done. I need to call Fred," she said, taking out her phone.

The fact she didn't like me still hovered over my mind, so I was pissed that she was trying to involve her husband in something that concerned me.

"Alpha Fredrick isn't my father, and the earlier you get this, the better. You can report me to your

husband."

"What is wrong with you, Bella? Where did you pick up this attitude?" she asked, pulling her phone away from her ear. "I need to call Fred so the CCTV cameras can be checked and the evidence of you walking into the blood bank destroyed, but since you have a better option, then fine." She said, crossing her arms, tapping her feet on the floor.

The next time I opened my eyes, it was morning, and Hazel was staring at me with her beautiful brown eyes. "Argh!" I screamed, and she chuckled.

"Are you ready to go back today?" she asked, and I sighed.

"I do not want to go back there, especially because I need to room with them," I said in a low tone, causing her face to fall.

"You can stay with me."

I stared at Hazel when she said this, then she explained how she stayed alone in her room because she was the top student in the entire school.

The door to my room flung open, and Alpha Fred walked in with my mom, causing a frown to form on my face. "Your mom tells me you've healed, and we thought it would be nice for you to return to school. I bet Ryder and the boys miss you. They've been bickering about who gets to treat you better as a mate," he said with a smile.

I forced a smile as I stared at him, wishing he were my parent instead of my mom.

"Yes, get ready now because you have a lot of classes to cover. Ryder and his friends will watch after you in case there is any development," ," she said, and I sighed.

"I do not plan to stay with them anymore," I said with a deep breath as I watched her expression change.

I waited for her to rain down on me.

"What is this nonsense about?" she asked with a raised voice, rushing towards me, and I sat up with my arms crossed.

"I do not want to share a room with them anymore, and no amount of fruit baskets or apologies will change my mind. They have hurt me beyond repair, and I rejected them."

She rushed at me with her hands raised, attempting to slap me, and I shut my eyes, but nothing happened. I opened my eyes to see her hand hanging in the air, her breath shaky, and her teeth gritted. I looked at Alpha Fred, who had a drawn-down face, and I heaved a sigh.

"I'm sorry, but I do not intend to hurt anyone. I am only protecting myself, Alpha Fredrick," I said, and he grabbed my mother.

"I'm leaving, and you should, too. We can never talk sense into her," my mother said, walking away while Alpha Fred remained.

He looked at me for a while before he spoke.

"I understand what you have to say about my son and his friends, but please, for the sake of the Frost Pack, do not

let them go through the rejection. I would do anything to get you to change your mind."

A smile crept up on my lips because I had him exactly where I wanted, and now I could easily get what I wanted.

"Then you will allow Hazel and me to share her room."

He glanced at Hazel, who grinned shyly at him, then turned back to me.

"If that's all it will take, then you've got a deal," he said.
