Chapter Billionaire My Husband 205
She bit her lip, her eyes bright with unshed tears, and my throat felt tight, like I might lose it if I said another word. But she gave my hand at
reassuring squeeze, like she was grounding me, steadying me, just as she always had.
Then it was her turn, and as she looked up at me, her gaze steady, her voice clear and strong.
"Luke." she began, her voice barely a whisper but full of conviction, "you've been my constant, my protector, even when I didn't want you to be When I lost my memories, when I lost us... You've seen me at my worst and still somehow saw someone worth standing beside. A tear slipped down her cheek, and I lifted a hand, brushing it away with my thumb, unable to keep from smiling. The whole world seemed to melt away until it was just the two of us, our hands intertwined, our hearts in
sync.
The officiant smiled, looking between us. "Luke, Jessica, by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. Luke, you may kiss your bride."
And I did, without a moment's hesitation, pulling her close, my hands framing her face as I pressed my lips to hers. The cheers and applause from our friends and family faded into the background, and all I could feel was her, warm and soft and perfect. Jess's arms slid aro "I love you, Mrs. Reynolds," I whispered, my heart feeling like it might just explode.

"I love you too, Mr. Reynolds," she replied, her voice filled with happiness, her eyes shining with all the love I felt in my own.
Hand in hand, we turned to face our family and friends, a sea of familiar faces that had seen us through everything. But as we walked down the aisle together, all I could think about was the future-
the life we were about to start, side by side, just as we'd always been. And for the first time, I knew with absolute certainty that every moment, every heartbreak, every mistake had been worth it because it had led us here, to this perfect, unforgettable day.

I woke up to the faint smell of coffee drifting into the room, gently coaxing me from sleep. Buried beneath a ridiculous pile of pillows-Luke's doing, no doubt-l stretched and yawned, taking a moment to let reality settle in around me.
For a second, I almost thought I was dreaming. But then I remembered: This is my life now. Two months into marriage, waking up in our bed next to him still felt like some kind of dream I hadn't fully wrapped my head around.
I tossed back the covers and got up, padding out of the bedroom. The cool floor woke me up a little more with each step. As I neared the kitchen, the smell of freshly brewed coffee got stronger, making me smile, and there he was.
Luke was leaning against the counter, shirtless. His broad shoulders and toned muscles were on full display, looking like he belonged on some magazine cover. A pair of low-
slung gray sweatpants hugged his hips, and his dark hair was mussled just the slightest bit. I bit my lip when my eyes drifted towards the tented portion of his grey pants, and my body shivered, knowing what was beneath that thin material. He glanced up as I entered, that familiar lazy grin spreading across his face.
"Morning, Mrs. Reynolds," he said, his voice still a little rough from sleep as he slid a mug of coffee across the counter toward me.
I tried to keep my cool, but every time he called me that, it sent a thrill

straight through me. I took a sip, trying to mask my smile as I eyed him over the rim of my mug. "I could get used to this, you know. Waking up to fresh coffee, you standing there like that..."
His smirk widened as he crossed his arms over his chest. "Thought you already had," he said, watching me with a look that made me feel completely seen.
"Oh, I have," I replied, grinning. "Don't expect me to lift a finger now. You've officially spoiled me."
He raised an eyebrow, his eyes gleaming with amusement. "Good thing I like spoiling you, Mrs. Reynolds. It makes up for all those times you couldn't remember me."
I nudged him playfully, rolling my eyes. "Don't start that again, or I'll make you sleep in your precious pillow fortress."
He chuckled and pulled me in close, wrapping me up in his strong arms, and for a moment, the world disappeared. I felt the warmth of his skin, the steady beat of his heart under my cheek, and I couldn't help but feel a little tug in my chest. How did I ever get this lucky? After a moment, he murmured into my hair, "I'd stay right here if I could, you know."
I sighed, knowing exactly what he was getting at. He'd been putting off this trip for as long as he could, practically dragging his feet through the packing process. "I know. But I'll still be here when you get back. And besides, it's only a week."
He sighed, loosening his hold on me just enough to look down at my face. "I love you," he said, kissing me, and I let him, tasting his first sip of coffee.
I laughed, shaking my head. Knowing him, he'd do it without a second
